Stream the library in your browser, or install the Jellyfin app (Android, iOS, Android TV, Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV) and sign in with the server address above. Playback position syncs between devices.
Browsing for something that isn't in the library? Search for it and hit request — it gets downloaded automatically and appears in Jellyfin when ready. Sign in with your Jellyfin account. If a request stays pending for more than a day or two, just message Luc — a nudge is sometimes needed.
Create a Jellyfin account with an invite code, or reset your password if you forgot it. The same login works for Jellyfin and Jellyseerr.
Browse the media library as files and download what you want. Multi-connection downloads are supported (use a download manager for large files on slow links). Use the account given to you for the portal — it is separate from your Jellyfin login. You can change your password from the web interface once logged in.
Everything works over HTTPS — if a browser warns you about a certificate, make sure you are on the addresses above, without a port number at the end.
